 Harald Jean Jassoy was born in 1951 in Wiesbaden Germany.
In 1979 he moved to the small historic town of Goedereede in the Netherlands, where he still lives and works today. Using unconventional materials and working in his own strong and very distinctive style, 3-dimensional work on flat surfaces with extraordinary, often surreal results. A deep-rooted philosophical approach as well as the urge to question every aspect of life is consistently evident in his unique pieces.
