The products which make up the Within4Walls Lighting and Interiors Collection are of superior quality and produced to absolutely immaculate standards.
Most of our products are made-to-order goods of high value. As the description implies, they are made specifically to your order; no stock is held by us or our supplier. Orders for these goods are considered Custom Orders.
For orders of this nature we would like to draw your attention to the following terms:
For our made-to-order products we usually require a 50% deposit at time of ordering, with the remaining 50% balance to be paid prior to delivery.
Where a Custom Order involves any special-offer product, delivery outside the UK or a supply to corporate clients, full payment will be taken at time of order.
Although under no obligation to do so, at our discretion we will accept the return of made to order goods, but any shipping/delivery costs incurred by Within4Walls as well as a minimum stocking fee of 10% will be deducted from your refund.
Custom Orders may only be cancelled strictly within 1 week of ordering, as by then work on the product(s) will have started.
