These mix-and-match bed linen collections in subtle pure linen yarn dyes and highly contemporary whites, ecru, eco dark, taupes and soft greys blend together perfectly. All 100% linen products have a simple hem finish and duvets have a 1/2" mother-of-pearl button closure. Use them crisp and flat after pressing, or just tumble dry for an easy wrinkled bedding look.
Bed linen options include pure linen flat and fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillow covers. However, we also offer complete bedding sets in single, double and king size and we can supply all standard and non-standard bed linen sizes.
The linen sheets of the wonderfully versatile and supremely fine Basics and Vence bed linen collections can be used individually or combined with each other in perfect coordinations. In fact, you will find that their calm and neutral shades will blend effortlessly with most of your existing bed linen too. The fresh and elegant Vence table linen is ideal for any special occasion or for everyday use. The stylish table clothes have a double hem finish for timeless quality and are available in extra large table linen sizes for generous and timelessly chic table settings. The Napoli Vintage table linen range is a rugged country-style table linen of superior quality. The design idea for this table linen range was to create a Swedish-winter-looking table linen and the resulting fabric shows a more coarse open weave and may be a bit irregular in places, casual but very stylish indeed. All bed and table linen designs in our Collection are machine washable and can be tumble dried. For a crisp flat look the linen should be pressed with a good amount of steam; for a casual look just wash, dry and use!
HANDMADE BELGIAN TABLE LACE
The beautiful and exquisite lace table mats and coasters you find at Within4Walls are handmade to order after original historic Belgian lace designs and made of delicate Bobbin Lace, a centuries old speciality of Bruges and probably the most intricate of lace techniques still practiced today. This fine Bruges Bobbin Lace is made with between 300 and 700 bobbins in a highly specialized and labour intensive process. Other lace designs show Shadow Embroidery in all four corners - a very old form of embroidery done on a semi-transparent fabric - or a variation of so called Potten Kant which is sometimes referred to as Antwerp Lace or Cap Lace. This version shows a continuous Bobbin Lace with a six-point star mesh known variously as Point de Paris mesh. The cloth work is surrounded by a pair of twisted threads, a technique found in Valenciennes laces. Other lace table mats are made of Flanders Lace, another type of continuous Bobbin Lace which has a five-hole mesh known as Roseground.
