FLO Merino Wool Floor Cushion by JANE WITHERS for Within4Walls

Exclusively for Within4Walls, Jane designed a different version of this award-winning large floor cushion and in doing so created a perfect partner to all her other designs featuring with us.
Jane creates knitted fabrics using merino and lambs wool and very carefully washes these just once which adds stability and gives the fabrics a slightly felted appearance. In her own very unique signature style she then uses hand and machine embroidery and a type of mola appliqué where layers of fabric are cut away to reveal different textures and colours. Her striking work is both contemporary and timeless and the sensitive way in which she uses materials and techniques in subtle combinations of texture,colour and sheer detail shows her unique talent as a textile designer.
Flo's lovely green version was designed exclusively for Within4Walls. Each cushion is entirely handmade and although the overall appearance will always be the same, slight variations should be expected.
Inner bags containing fire retardant beans are included. Cool gentle hand wash or dry clean only.
Flo won a British Interior Design Award (BIDA) at the Design Interiors Show 2006.
